Manatsa Rushika is the Special Projects Director for Royal Elite. She has held this position since 2008 and holds a BCom Honours in Business Studies from the University of Zimbabwe. Manatsa always aspires to associate herself with organizations known for their industry-leading talent, unparalleled portfolio, and unmatched commitment to customer success. She seeks a challenging opportunity where her strong technical leadership, project delivery, and stakeholder management skills can be effectively utilized to ensure the achievement of project objectives and organizational goals. Manatsa is a multi-skilled professional boasting over 15 years of industry experience.  She has worked for several companies such as Cross-Country Containers (ZW), Leaders Unlimited (RSA), Barloworld (RSA), and now consults for Cummins Africa Middle East. Ms. Rushika is the founder of Royal Elite.

Linol Chipunza is the co-founder of Royal Elite, Tanaka Soap Manufacturing, Mvule Investment, and Co-owner of Emmo Diamonds Training. Besides the growth within the organization in terms of running the operations in both Zimbabwe and South Africa; mutual trust was gained with all parties involved. Through the rocky roads of Africa and all its twists and turns it becomes more than a job but an understanding of realizing that no matter the terrain or the border, there is always a way to make a delivery. By following a motto of “bad news is better than no news at all”.

Leon Kudakwashe Chipunza is one of the Directors of Mvule Investments who also doubles as the Operations Manager. He has been with the company since 2006.
